Abstract: Congenital bilateral perisylvian syndrome (CBPS) presents with heterogeneous clinical manifestations such as pseudobulbar palsy, language disorder, variable cognitive deficits, epilepsy, and perisylvian abnormalities (most frequently polymicrogyria) on imaging studies.
