Visual Report Generation Tool for Grammar-Based Classifier System

Abstract: Abstract-Grammar-based Classifier System (GCS) is one of the evolutionary approached context-free grammar induction methods. Any learning process creates a large amount of data, which is hard to analyze in a raw form. In the present paper we aim to present a reporting tool, created to facilitate analysis and conclusion drawing by presenting learning data in a neat and readable form, yet fully conveying its complexity.

“…Colors indicate structural non-terminal symbols apparently used to model a pair of beta-strands (orange), a pair of helices (orange/pink), and the Calcium-binding loop (green). The graphical representation of the grammar has been partially inspired by Unold, Kaczmarek & Culer (2017). (B) The most likely parse tree and (C) the cartoon structure of a highly scored training sequence from the CaMn family.…”
