Vimentin Filaments Support Extension of Tubulin-Based Microtentacles in Detached Breast Tumor Cells

Abstract: Solid tumor metastasis often involves detachment of epithelial carcinoma cells into the vasculature or lymphatics. However, most studies of cytoskeletal rearrangement in solid tumors focus on attached cells.
