Viabilidade Técnica e Econômica da Implantação de uma Agroindústria de Extrato Vegetal

Abstract: Estima-se que aproximadamente 15,2 milhões de brasileiros sejam vegetarianos, o que corresponde a 8% da população do país. Neste sentido, as bebidas de base vegetal surgem como alternativa de produto alimentício para vegetarianos e veganos, bem como para alérgicos à proteína do leite e intolerantes à lactose.
