Abstract: Objective -Analyze the dromotropic disturbances (vector-electrocardiographic) The appearance of decreasing exercise capacity in patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy under optimal medical treatment has spawned the introduction of different techniques to reduce left ventricular outflow tract gradient and to relieve symptoms.
