Validation of a Modified Version of the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ12) in Spain

Abstract: Background: Previous studies have found some limitations and inconsistencies in the functioning of the short Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ12), suggesting the need to improve it.
