User satisfaction in the human-computer interaction

Abstract

The objective of this research is to illustrate the importance of users satisfaction in the human-computer interaction. To reach this stage believes it is necessary to consider the task, the activity, and identify the users mental model in terms of their needs and expectations with cognitive ergonomics, emotional design and usability support. INTRODUCCIÓNN la interacción humano-computador (IHC) el usuario pretende realizar la tarea con el soporte de una interface que evoque el contexto de trabajo, el objetivo a ser alcanzado y los pasos que posibiliten su ejecución. La interfaz debe ser elaborada a partir de analogías familiares, representaciones visuales, auditivas, sensoriales y metáforas. Detrás de la creación de la interfaz debe existir un guión (un argumento o un documento escrito) acompañado de comentarios, de archivos con el contenido de datos, imágenes y sonidos, con la descripción del diseño completo de la interacción de la interfaz del sistema de información. Sin embargo, muchas veces las interfaces son desarrolladas sin la participación del usuario, precisando de un conocimiento más aproximado de sus necesidades y expectativas (tabla 1).
