User satisfaction in the human-computer interaction

Abstract: The objective of this research is to illustrate the importance of users satisfaction in the human-computer interaction. To reach this stage believes it is necessary to consider the task, the activity, and identify the users mental model in terms of their needs and expectations with cognitive ergonomics, emotional design and usability support.
