Abstract: Granulosa-lutein (G-L) cells from individual follicles aspirated during cycles of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer were examined after 3 and 6 days in culture. G-L cells from follicles that contained an oocyte that fertilized in vitro were compared with G-L cells from follicles that contained an oocyte that did not fertilize in vitro.
