Urbanização precária: descontinuidades e impactos das políticas habitacionais nos assentamentos consolidados da Região Metropolitana de Curitiba

Abstract: Resumo Este artigo discute as constantes interrupções de intervenções em programas de urbanização de favelas. A ação incompleta frustra os moradores, pois etapas de obra fundamentais deixam de ser executadas. Agrava as condições de salubridade das ocupações e limita a possibilidade de os pobres alcançarem os plenos direitos à cidade e à moradia.
