“…Based on the literature, it is motivated to optimize the power using GA to minimize the interference between cellular and D2D pairs with proper allocation of cellular resources to D2D pairs. In this paper, an uplink‐based underlay D2D communication is explained and distance between two UEs is calculated using Haversine formula 14 to find the path loss between UEs. The proposed SBTSA scheme allocates the available RBs to D2D pairs which provide best throughput to the DUEs, and fitness function is framed using Peukert's law 28 and that has been involved in GA optimization to obtain the optimal transmit power of UE to reduce the interference in the network, and thus, system throughput, energy efficiency of the system, and battery lifetime of the UEs are improved.…”
