Elngegangen nm 25. 7. l 9 i l Zasammeniassung I n dieser Arbeit werden automatisch aufgezeichnete zweite Ableitungen der Kennlinien von Sonden verschiedener GroDe, Formund Temperatur zur Bestimmung der Energieverteilung der Elektronen, der Elektronenkonzentration und -temperatur unter der Annahme des Raumpotentials im Nulldurchgang der 2. Ableitung ausgewertet.Bestimmt man aus den mit vemhieden groDen Sonden gemessenen Verteilungafunktionen die Elektronenkonzentration in der positiven Siiule Von H e -und Ne-Niederdruckentladungen, so erhalt man Werte, die mit einer gegen Null konvergierenden Sondenfliiche mit dem aua der Strombilanzgleichung nach [l] berechneten Wert iibereinstimmen.Die Stiirke der Sondeniufiihrungen im Verhiiltnis zur Liinge einer Zylindersonde bestimmt die effektive Sondenfliiche, so daB bei gleicher Sondenobefliche die MeSergebnisse von Sonden, deren Liinge groB gegeniiber dem Durchmesser der Zufuhrungen ist, dem berechneten Wert am niichsten kommen.Die 2. Ableitungenvon diinnenGliihaonden, diesoweit erhitzt werden, da6 die Raumladungsachicht durch die emittierten Elektronen gerade noch nicht zerstcirt wird, haben anniihernd den Verlauf der 2. Ableitung einer idealen Sonde. (Minimum, Nulldurchgang und Maximum fallen anniihernd aueammen.) Die Kermit ermittelten Werte fiir die Elektronenkonzentration stimmen gut mit den berechneten iiberein.Die Verteilungsfunktion, die aus der gemessenen ,,idealen" zweiten Ableitung einer gliihenden Sonde ermittelt wird, zeigt mehr langsame Elektronen als die Verteilungsfunktion einer kalten Sonde an.Das Maximum der Energieverteilungafunktion verschiebt sich gegeniiber den Messungen mit einer kalten Sonde zu kleineren Spannungswerten und liefert bei Maxwellverteilung Elektronentemperaturen, die mit den aus der halblogarithmiachen Daratellung der 2. Ableitung bestimmten Elektronentemperaturen iibereinstimmen.
