“…1 A unilateral posterior crossbite is usually due to a bilaterally constriction of maxilla or premature contacts during closure. 2 , 3 Innumerable researches and case reports are there in dental literature about the functional shift of mandible due to bilateral constriction of maxilla, giving an illusion of being the only cause.
