Understanding Group and Leader (UGL) trainers' personality characteristics and affective profiles

Abstract: Background: The Understanding Group and Leader (UGL), provided by the Swedish National Defense College and mentored by UGL-trainers, is one of the most popular management programs among civilians in Sweden.
