“…This may be attributed to limitation in availability of glaucoma medication in rural or semi urban areas which was reported as the common barrier in another study in south India. [ 24 ] Most patients in our study reported that the prescribed anti glaucoma medications were not available in nearby pharmacy and they usually get their medications during the hospital visit and stock in excess for future use. But due to travel restrictions pertaining to the pandemic, the patients missed their hospital visit and the medication refill.…”
