Abstract:Introduction Endoscopic spine surgery enables the minimally invasive treatment of pathologies affecting the spinal cord and roots. Herein we describe an unprecedented technique Ultrasound-Guided in-plane interlaminar lumbar endoscopic approach with a smartphone and portable light source.
