Über <i>cis</i>‐Nonen‐(2)‐al

Bei der Reaktion von Chloroform und khylenoxid mit mono-und disubstituierten Acetylenen in Gegenwart katalytischer Mengen Tetraathylammoniumbromid entstehen 3-substituierte Propargylaldehyd-bzw. a-Acetylen-ketonacetale 2 a ~ g sowie 2-substituierte 3-Chlor-acroleinacetale 3 a -c. Diphenylacetylen liefert als Hauptprodukt truns-1 -Phenyl-zimtsaure-orthoester (4g). Ein Reaktionsschema (S. 79) gibt als gemeinsame Vorstufe der verschiedenartigen Endprodukte die entsprechenden 1 .I-Dichlor-cyclopropene an.

Ethers with the systems , CH3CCCH(OR)2, CH3CCCH(OR)3 or ‐CH2‐CH2‐CCOR undergo an elimination of ROH [R = alkyl, 2‐alkynyl (‐CH2CC‐R′) phenyl, or 2‐tetrahydropyranyl] with formation of 1,3‐enyne derivatives, , on treatment with alkali amides in liquid ammonia. The cyclic ethers: and are isomerized under these conditions to the 1,3‐enyne carbinols HCC‐CHC(CH3)CH2OH and HCC‐CHCH(CH2)4OH.

Abstract: We have not succeeded in preparing cis‐nonene‐2‐al. However, the cristalline semicarbazone of this aldehyde has been readily obtained.
