Two Families of Entanglement-Assisted Quantum MDS Codes from Constacyclic Codes

Abstract: Entanglement-assisted quantum error correcting codes (EAQECCs) can be derived from arbitrary classical linear codes. However, it is a very difficult task to determine the number of entangled states required.
