Abstract: O s ferimentos descolantes nos membros inferiores caracterizam-se frequentemente como lesões graves, e apresentam dificuldades de decisão sobre qual seria o tratamento mais adequado a ser instituído 1 . “…This higher incidence of degloving injury was observed probably due to the small number of trauma centers in the region of São Paulo with available plastic surgeons that appropriately treat soft tissue injuries in a timely manner. The protocol for detaching injuries used in our service 17 advocates the placement of the SPT system on the lesions of more severe patients (unstable) in order to allow the approach of the systemic problems that threaten their lifes. After the patient's stability, we proceed to the reconstruction of the soft tissue injuries.…”
