Transversus Abdominis Plane Block : A Complementary Technique for Post Operative Analgesia in Lower Abdominal Gynecological Cancer Surgeries

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Gynecological cancer surgeries differ from non-cancer surgeries as the former involves extensive dissection, and tissue handling, which contributes to increased nociception perioperatively.
