Abstract:Uterine artery pseudoaneurysm is an uncommon but important cause of severe uterine bleeding in the postpartum or postsurgical setting. The standard treatment options are endovascular uterine artery embolization and bilateral surgical internal iliac artery ligation for uterus conservation or hysterectomy.
