Abstract: We have simulated the behavior of a rod shaped nanoscale ring-gated field-effect transistor (0-FET) u s i n g t h e PISCES-Ilh[I] semiconductor drift-diffusion solver. The results from these simulations are used by a custom SPICE 3 f 5 [ t ] kernel to simulate several simple logic gates.
