Transformation of the Osc3h52 Gene Promoter in Tissue Culture of Sugarcane

Abstract: Sugarcane growth is negatively affected by abiotic stresses. Genetic engineering of sugarcane with abiotic stressresponsive genes has been the method of choice to confer abiotic stress tolerance.
