Abstract:Background: Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus L.) is strongly resistant to stress and an important plant used for ecological management in northern China in recent years. Currently, Jerusalem artichoke has been widely planted in the area around Qinghai Lake in Qinghai Province, China.
