Abstract: Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is a rare vascular disease characterized by single or multiple angiomatous papules, nodules or plaques, commonly affecting young to middle-aged adults, with no sex predilection. 1 The lesions are localized mainly on the head and neck (82%) 1 ; symptoms include itching (36%), pain (20%) and bleeding (25%). 1 Approximately 20% of patients have blood eosinophilia without elevation of immunoglobulin E levels. 2
