Abstract

Self-employment of personality - is primarily a creative activity based on sufficiently developed general employment and special skills. In practice of secondary schools such training is more the exception than the rule because the orientation of youth to reproduc- tion a certain amount of knowledge, learning skills and abilities without understanding them feasibility and importance leads to the formation of inert doer of instructions and requirements.
