Training substance abuse clinicians in motivational interviewing using live supervision via teleconferencing.

Abstract: Background Training through traditional workshops is relatively ineffective for changing counseling practices. Tele-conferencing Supervision (TCS) was developed to provide remote, live supervision for training motivational interviewing (MI).
