Tradeoffs between forage quality and soil fertility: Lessons from Himalayan rangelands

Abstract: A B S T R A C TPastoralists on Eurasian rangeland often believe that traditional management practices involving moderate rotational grazing ensure sustainable yield, increase plant digestibility and promote biodiversity.
