A case reported from the United States by Youness H et al described a 53‐year‐old man with tracheal and endobronchial involvement along with disseminated histoplasmosis found in autopsy 4 . Since autopsy is not done in all cases of disseminated infection, it is possible that the prevalence of tracheal involvement in disseminated cases would be much higher.…”
