Trabalho e saúde-adoecimento de docentes em universidades públicas

Abstract: Resumo: Este artigo analisa os influxos do trabalho na saúde dos(as) docentes, com base em dados oriundos de pesquisa qualitativa, pautada no método crítico-dialético, cujo percurso metodológico incluiu revisão de literatura e pesquisa de campo realizada a partir de questionários e entrevistas semiestruturadas com 16 assistentes sociais docentes de universidades públicas do Rio Grande do Norte, do quadro permanente de programas de pós-graduação stricto sensu.
