Toz Metalurjisi ile Üretilen Şekil Hafızalı NiTi Alaşımlarında Nb Parçacık İlavesinin Mikroyapı ve Sertlik Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract: ÖzBu çalışmada, toz metalürjisi yöntemi kullanılarak NiTi esaslı şekil bellekli alaşımı üzerinde Nb alaşım elementinin etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla NiTi tozlarına ağırlıkça %1, 2 ve 4 takviye oranında Nb tozları ilave edilerek, toz karışımları hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan NiTi-Nb toz karışımları, gezegen (planetary) tipi öğütme cihazında 1 saat süreyle karıştırılmıştır.
