Towards the application of the One‐Dimensional Turbulence model for the evaluation of collection efficiencies in wire‐tube electrostatic precipitators

Abstract: The One-Dimensional Turbulence (ODT) model framework for the simulation of particle-laden wire-tube electrostatic precipitators is detailed in this work by specifying initial conditions, governing equations, and the mechanism for two-way coupling between the electrostatic fields and the hydrodynamic flow.
