TOPSIS Methods for Probabilistic Hesitant Fuzzy MAGDM and Application to Performance Evaluation of Public Charging Service Quality

Abstract: The performance evaluation of public charging service quality is frequently viewed as the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issue.
