Topical tacrolimus for the treatment of severe allergic keratoconjunctivitis in children

Abstract: Topical TCL was effective and significantly improved the clinical signs of allergic keratoconjuctivitis in children. Thus, it is a potential new option for severe and challenging cases of ocular allergy.
