Timing of Presentation of Pediatric Compartment Syndrome and Its Microsurgical Implication: A Retrospective Review

Abstract: Presentation after 48 hours resulted in significant functional deficits requiring reconstructive surgery (gracilis muscle flap reconstruction) or long-term conservative management (serial casting).
