Nowadays, software development failure has become a very serious problem. Inaccurate time estimation is one of the major causes of the software development failure. Inaccurate time estimation mostly creates time pressure that causes several negative impacts on software developers’ mental and physical health. The past studies had also believed that burnouts and job turnover problems happened due to time pressure. Therefore, the objective of this study is to explore time pressure with human behavior to see if they can make any relation. By this way, one can explore the hidden patterns between time pressure and human behavior in software engineering. In order to carry out the study, personality and time pressure studies are explored in general to see if past studies had ever made any space for software domain. Moreover, based on the limited selected studies, the literature review identifies that several authors had correlated the time pressure with personality. Unfortunately, time pressure and software developer personality are not specifically studied together in software engineering. For that reason, this study leaves some recommendations for researchers to contribute in the very topic to make software development better.

Requirements management is not easy task especially in global software development where clients and vendors are far away from each other's. For successful implementation of any software project, proper and efficient requirements management is necessary. Purpose of this current work is development of requirements management model (RMM) that can address the factors that have positive impact and the factors that have negative impact during management of requirements. The propose model will provide solutions to the challenges during requirement management. Systematic literature review (SLR) and empirical research study will be conducted for achieving the goals and objectives. The expected results of this study will be RMM that will help vendor organizations in better management of software requirements.

Recently, the generation of security keys has been considered for guaranteeing the strongest of them in terms of randomness. In addition, the software engineering methodologies are adopted to ensure the mentioned goal is reached. In this paper, an adaptive key generation algorithm is proposed based on software engineering techniques. The adopted software engineering technique is self-checking process, used for detecting the fault in the underlying systems. This technique checks the generated security keys in terms of validity based on randomness factors. These factors include the results of National Institute of standard Test (NIST) tests. In case the randomness factors are less than the accepted values, the key is regenerated until obtaining the valid one. It is important to note that the security keys are generated using shift register and SIGABA technique. The proposed algorithm is tested over different case studies and the results show the effective performance of it to produce well random generated keys.
