The validity of cerebrospinal fluid parameters for the diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis

Abstract: Finding CSF ADA greater than 6 U/l in patients with a meningeal syndrome strongly supports a diagnosis of TBM and permits the commencement of anti-tuberculous treatment.
