The use of subcutaneous RFID microchip in health care - a willingness to challenge

Abstract: This paper investigates the possibility of introducing subcutaneous microchip radio frequency identification device (RFID) in medicine and health care. Microchips are used for many years for different purposes in production and sale, medicine and also to identify some domestic animals. In the study we were interested in whether people in Slovenia would be willing to use subcutaneous microchip and under what conditions.
