The synthesis and biological evaluation of novel gardenamide A derivatives as multifunctional neuroprotective agents

Abstract: A novel series of gardenamide A derivatives was designed and synthesized as multifunctional neuroprotective agents with potential as anti-Alzheimer's disease agents.
