“…Earlier studies show that the morphology, conductivity, and stability of the conducting polymer are directly affected by different deposition conditions, including the types of solvents, dopants, and electrolytes, the applied potential and current density, the temperature and pH, and the methods of electropolymerization (potentiostatically, galvanostatically, or cyclic voltammetrically) . Because pyrrole is light-sensitive, different types of radiation, including UV light, electron beam, high-energy ion beam, and γ-ray, have also been used in the preparation and characterization studies of PPy. Furthermore, investigations of the structural and other physical properties as well as the stability and reactivity of the polymers under different treatments are particularly important for developing new and improving existing technological applications of these novel materials.…”
