“…The absorption at 1463 cm –1 corresponds to the stretching vibration attributed to the CH 2 bond (–CH 2 scissoring) and the band at 720 cm −1 (–C–C rocking) refers to the stretching vibration of the carbon–carbon bond [ 49 ]. The polyamide spectrum presents bands of the ester group, C=O asymmetrical stretching of the imide group at 1738 cm −1 , amide I (C=O stretching) at 1637 cm –1 amide II (C–N stretching and N–H bending of hydrogen-bonded N–H groups at 1538 cm −1 [ 50 ]. The band at 3296 cm –1 is associated with hydrogen-bonded N–H stretching (amide A).…”

“…In addition, the band at 1164 cm −1 corresponds to CH 2 twisting, and the bands at 973 and 695 cm −1 are related to CO‐NH in plan vibration and CC bending, respectively. [ 59 ]…”

“…27 The FTIR spectra of CdS films deposited at different S1source is shown in figure 3(a). This FTIR spectrum also exhibits a weak absorption bands centered at ~800-950 cm -1 , ~1200 cm -1 and ~1376-1460 cm -1 , which correspond to the C-C stretching band 28 , C-CH bending 29 and sulphate S=O group, respectively. 30 The medium strong absorption bands observed at 1512 cm −1 can be assigned to N-H bending vibrations 31 , which suggest that there are still a few oleylamine ligands bonded with CdS after the washing process.…”
