Abstract: The solution structure of the full-length DNA helicase minichromosome maintenance protein from Methanothermobacter thermautotrophicus was determined by small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) data together with all-atom molecular modeling. The data were fit best with a dodecamer (dimer of hexamers).
