Abstract

The chapter begins with an in-depth discussion of glenohumeral instability and dislocation. Proximal humeral fractures and Little Leaguer's shoulder are described, followed by a concise discussion of glenohumeral internal rotation defi cit (GIRD). Fractures of the clavicle and the scapula are then discussed in depth.
