Abstract: The secondary pulmonary lobule is the basic unit oflung structure. Knowledge of the anatomy and pathology of the lobule facilitates explanation of abnormal pulmonary densities leading to more accurate interpretation of chest roentgenograms. This fact was amply demonstrated in the Exhibit. 2. High Daily Dose Decompression of Radiosensitive Epidural Masses Causing Spinal Cord Compression without Laminectomy.
