Abstract:We report the case of a healthy 35-year-old male with two rare pathologies: pneumopericardium and oesophago-pericardial fistula (OPF) secondary to tuberculosis. Purulent pericarditis and cardiac tamponade are known complications with potential for significant morbidity and mortality.
