“…In addition, some studies have demonstrated the physical and psychological benefits of healthy participants following Pilates exercise programs, for example, flexibility, dynamic balance and confidence enhancement (Cruz‐Ferreira et al, 2011); Similarly, benefits for patients with chronic MSK conditions included improvement in strength, pain, exercise motivation and autonomy to manage their own condition (Gaskell & Williams, 2019).
