Abstract: Abstract. This paper constructs the China Railway Corporation modern logistics performance evaluation index system from financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth four dimensions based on the current situation, and constructs the performance evaluation model based on combination weighting method and TOPSIS method. Then use the modern logistics performance from 2008 to 2012 as an example to prove the validity of the model.
