“…For the edu¬ cational content offerings in morning report to be considered constituting an area of specialization in pediatrics and there¬ fore considered a curriculum, the following criteria were set: (1) all age ranges must be represented, (2) the diag¬ noses of the cases presented must represent more than 28 (>90%) of the 31 PREP Content Specification headings, and (3) the diagnoses or discussion must address a 2 (>60%) of 3 majority of the educational objectives listed. Exaggerated anticipatory anxiety is common in social anxiety disorder (SAD). Neuroimaging studies have revealed altered neural activity in response to social stimuli in SAD, but fewer studies have examined neural activity during anticipation of feared social stimuli in SAD. The current study examined the time course and magnitude of activity in threat processing brain regions during speech anticipation in socially anxious individuals and healthy controls (HC). Method Participants (SAD n = 58; HC n = 16) underwent functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) during which they completed a 90s control anticipation task and 90s speech anticipation task.

“… 15 Additionally, residents perceive that faculty presence at conference facilitates learning. 16 , 17 One approach to increase faculty presence at conference would be to offer incentives for attending conference. 18 Providing continuing medical education credit for didactic conferences can also increase faculty attendance.…”
