“…The group receiving 0.3 mg (1 x DE 95 ) rocuronium and 0.075 mg (1 x DE 95 ) mivacurium had a faster onset as compared to the group receiving a single rocuronium dose (0.6 mg.kg -1 ). In fact, according to Fletcher 87 , this synergism reaches its peak with the use of 1 x DE 95 of each drug. So, the association of these two neuromuscular blockers seems to be an alternative for the use of high rocuronium doses during rapid sequence induction when fast onset and short duration is desired.…”
