Abstract: In a weakly ionized dense plasma, the electron concentration is not high and the non-ideality is due, primarily, to the interactions between charges and neutrals, and between neutral atoms and molecules. In materials of high polarizability, the ion-atom and electron-atom interactions become strong when the interatomic interactions are neglected.
