Early childhood education institutions are referred to preschool, nursery school and practicum schools that educate young children. Preschool curriculum was developed for children in the preschool education institutions to provide a rich learning experience and to help healthy growth. Creativity is fundamental for the preschool curriculum and can be defined as a procedure to create original things. Preschool teachers should provide children with materials to trigger their imagination, should provide opportunities to imagine and to explain their ideas, should appreciate children's individuality, and should encourage their different viewpoints. They also should encourage children to participate in creative games, should care about children's new products, and value them. Moreover, children's creativity should be appreciated, and children should be given confidence. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the creativity of children in the preschool. A simple causal design with pre-and post-test with a single group was used in the study. The participants consisted of 184 children (96 boys, 88 girls) enrolled in preschool and nursery schools belong to Ministry of Education located in Ankara during the 2014-2015 academic year. Figural Creativity Form A and B of Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking were used as pre-and post-tests. The results showed that preschool curriculum increased children's creativity in a positive way.

This study aims to measure primary school teachers' motivation and performance that have conditionally been improved through the implementation of principals' Leadership 3.0 policy. Eighty (n = 80) primary school teachers participated as the respondents with the composition of forty (n = 40) respondents participated as the experimental groups, whilst other forty (n = 40) respondents dealt with the control groups. Data were collected from the questionnaire distribution. Data analysis used the quantitative method that interpreted the descriptive statistics, chi-square for goodness of fit test, and factor analysis. The results proved that both teachers' motivation and performance achieved significantly at the level of p<.05. Teachers' motivation showed (t = 19.434; p = .000) for the pre-test and (t = 20.708; p = .000) for the post-test, whilst teachers' performance showed (t = 24.190; p = .000) for the pre-test and (t = 27.034; p = .000) for the post-test. Further, the chi-square test proved that there was no significant difference between the experimental and control group and the factor analysis result showed that the principal component analysis (PCA) undertook the presence of six dimensions with the eigen value outreaching 1, determining 41.7%, 33.9%, 20.5%, 3.9%, 5.7%, and 1.8% of the variance. This study concludes that the principals' leadership 3.0 policy implementation enhance the improvement of primary teachers' motivation and performance during their services at schools.

Perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini kurang mendapatkan perhatian dari orang tua dan guru pada Lembaga PAUD. Hal ini banyak disebabkan kurangnya penguasaan orang tua dan guru terhadap cara yang tepat untuk mengembangkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus melalui teknik mozaik pada anak kelompok B TK Perdana bangkinang Kota, Kampar, Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipatif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 22 anak, yang terdiri dari 16 anak perempuan dan 6 anak laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik mozaik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B TK Perdana Bangkinang Kota. Hal ini dibuktikan pencapaian kemampuan motorik halus, anak yang berkembang sangat baik Langkah-langlah yang ditempuh dalam penelitian ini meliputi; menggunting, menempel, memegang pensil dan dan menyesuaikan warna.
